That event alone may kill someone’s dream but not mine
This was the situation I was most fearful of and it kept holding me back from taking a roller coaster life and becoming a writer.
It happened when I simply shared my life on social media. The tremendous hate and pain threw me over.
After many cries and sleepless nights, I rose and sat in gratitude, I had been through it and I am still alive.
The pain transformed into strength and courage to express.
I learned that no matter what I shared and how great they were, there will always be people who disagree but their opinions could not identify nor devalue who I am.
Allowing people to voice their opinions without taking them personally was the key to my peace and freedom. As I free them, I free myself.
